Conflict During Job Search Conflict exists in job search; both internal conflict and external conflict.   The why is not nearly as important as how you resolve the conflict.   Like it or not, job search is not black and white. It is very very grey. Personal Conflict I dont know what I want to do next!   Are you saying this? Have you said this?! I hear it more often than almost any other dilemma. This is an easy excuse that rolls off the tips of many job seekers. How you go about resolving this is up to you and it isnt easy. Just be sure you will stop saying it soon.   It will be close to impossible to move forward with your search until youve resolved this one!
